• The chance of being selected from the waiting list is slim as we have many applicants. However, in case you are selected, we will contact you before 29 March 2026. In that case, the following points are important to take note of:
• The test takes place on Sunday, 5 July 2026 at the Lipsius building of Leiden University (Cleveringaplaats 1, 2311 BD Leiden). You should plan to arrive at 12:00 that day.
• Registration costs € 125. You do not have to pay right now, but you will have to once you are selected. This is generally non-refundable. Test material will be prepared and shipped from Japan for you a few months after the registration deadline. After this has happened, we cannot refund you under any circumstance.
• If you are unable to attend on the day of the test, it is not necessary to contact us. We will mark you as a no-show, but this carries no penalties.
